Helping couples during this beautiful time in their lives brings me so much joy. But, I know for some it can feel a bit scary not knowing what to expect. And although nobody can guarantee what your experience will be like, it is my goal to eliminate fears and set you up for the best journey you can have.
I feel it is extremely important for all birthing women to feel empowered during this transformation into motherhood. Books and stories alone aren’t enough. For every other major event in our lives we prepare and study, birth is no different.
All classes are private so you can feel comfortable asking any and all questions without judgment. This also brings flexibility to best fit your schedule.
